Practical Tips

Check-in

Arrive at least 1 hour before departure. Check-in closes strictly 20 to 35 minutes before departure depending on the company.

Passport required

A valid passport is required for all international crossings, even to Anguilla or St Barths. ID cards are not accepted by port authorities.

Luggage

Each passenger is allowed 1 carry-on and 1 to 2 checked bags depending on the company. Extra luggage is charged between $5 and $20.

Online booking

Online bookings generally need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. During peak season (December to April), advance booking is highly recommended.

Seasickness

Crossings can be choppy, especially between December and March. Consider preventive treatment if you are prone to seasickness.

Cancellations

Crossings may be cancelled due to bad weather or rough seas. Check the company website or call before heading to the port.

Schedules and prices are provided for informational purposes and may change without notice. Please check the ferry companies' websites directly for the most up-to-date information.
