Open for over 20 years on the island, the house is a benchmark for sushi in Saint Martin, in a "New York with a Caribbean twist" style. The menu plays on Japanese, Korean and Thai fusion, alongside prime aged steaks and grilled fish. Crowd favorites: Angry Dragon Roll, Kuta Roll, Maui Roll and the famous chicken truffle dumplings.
