About
The 6th Festival de la Gastronomie of Saint-Martin returns November 11-22, 2026. Run by the Tourism Office, it puts local (and French) food culture back at the center of the island, with coconut as this year's starring ingredient.
Expect returning favorites and a few new twists. The Culinary Village is set for Marigot's waterfront (entry previously announced around 5 euros) with workshops, demos and exhibitors. The BBQ competition adds a johnny cake challenge, and a pizzaïolo contest joins the lineup. Also on the calendar: street food, mixology, wine & cheese pairings, restaurant and private-chef competitions, plus nightly « festival tables » spotlighting a neighborhood and its participating spots.
Dates worth circling: Taste of Sunrise pre-event on November 8 at Loterie Farm, One Night Only on November 10 in Grand Case, Village and workshops around November 13-15, BBQ on November 15 in Marigot, closing night on November 21 at Loterie Farm. 2026 patron: Guadeloupe chef Jimmy Bibrac (Ô Z'Épices), with local ambassadors including Amanda Whit and François Baly.
Full program updates on the festival website. Organizer contact: +590 590 87 57 21.
