Xtratight Entertainment is launching AROMA, Sint Maarten's Multicultural Food & Music Festival, on Sunday, December 6, 2026 from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the APS Parking Lot in Philipsburg. Admission is free.
The concept is a one-day melting pot of the island's many cuisines and cultures. Restaurants, food trucks, caterers and chefs serve Caribbean and international dishes while guests move from stall to stall, try something new or revisit favorites, with a full afternoon and evening of entertainment.
The announced lineup includes DJs, track performances, cultural presentations, bars, covered dining areas, vendor patios and a Kids FunZone with dry attractions for younger visitors.
