JAVA SXM is one of the most stylish addresses on the Grand Case Boulevard, set directly on the sand of the bay. The menu, designed by chef Michel Benaziz, is resolutely Mediterranean with Eastern and Lebanese influences. Many dishes are made to share: creamy burrata, local wahoo tataki, mezze, grilled octopus, tartares, fresh pasta, fish of the day, rack of lamb and even Beef Wellington for hungry tables. The passionfruit crème brûlée is a guest favorite, and the bar focuses on creative cocktails (mojitos, spritz, tropical-fruit signatures) and a curated wine list.

The mood shifts throughout the evening: a quiet aperitif facing the sea, dinner with music, then DJ sets Tuesday to Saturday turning the venue into a lively lounge late into the night. Thursday is the Latin Night, occasionally with a live saxophonist, and the Friday "Apéro Sunset" has become a regular meeting point for locals and visitors in Saint Martin.

Practical tips: reservations are strongly recommended in high season (via OpenTable, by phone or WhatsApp at +590 690 66 68 25), especially for a front-row table at sunset. Smart-casual beach attire is appreciated in the evening. Parking on the Grand Case Boulevard can be tight, so arrive early or use the public parking at the entrance of the village.
