Announced in mid-September 2026 at IFTM Top Resa in Paris, the next Miss France preparatory trip will take place on Saint-Martin. The 31 regional candidates for Miss France 2027 will spend several days there in November 2026, ahead of the televised election on 12 December 2026 on TF1. Exact travel dates have not yet been published by the Miss France organization.
The group will be accompanied by Hinaupoko Devèze, Miss France 2026. The trip follows a partnership signed by Société Miss France / TF1, the island tourism committee and Air Caraïbes, the official carrier for this edition. After Martinique the previous year, the candidates will fly to the Caribbean with Air Caraïbes.
A first for the Collectivité
For Saint-Martin as an overseas collectivity, hosting this prep trip is a first. One historical nuance matters: in 1997, candidates for Miss France 1998 already stayed on the island, then a commune attached to Guadeloupe. Only in July 2007 did Saint-Martin become a collectivity in its own right. The November 2026 stay therefore marks the contest's return under a different institutional status.
What is planned on the island
According to the official Miss France announcement, the candidates will explore the island's landscapes, heritage and culture. As every year, the trip is also when official photos and videos are shot for the run-up to the December election. Among them is Naïla Parotte, Miss Saint-Martin/Saint-Barthélemy 2026, alongside the other Overseas Miss titleholders.

If you are visiting in November
The island will briefly sit in the spotlight of Miss France cameras and official social channels. That said, no public open event for tourists (meet-and-greet, signing session, parade) has been confirmed so far. Follow official Miss France and TF1 accounts for any update rather than assuming a date or venue.
If you are already on Saint-Martin in November, you may notice film crews or photo shoots at landmark spots, with no guaranteed location or timetable. Otherwise, the candidates' programme remains a closed contest prep: discovering the territory, team work and content destined for broadcast before 12 December.
